- preparing you for key stages (for example, typical interview topics/questions)
- coordinating steps and timelines and providing reminders
No government affiliation and no guarantees
We are a consulting team and are not a government authority. Final decisions are made by government bodies.
Outcomes, timelines, and requirements depend on your situation and the rules in effect at the time of submission. We do not promise any specific outcome or timeline.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information/documents and respond to requests for clarification in a timely manner. Missing or incorrect information may affect timelines and results.
Fees and payments
Fees and payment schedule depend on the case and are confirmed individually (consultation, invoice and/or written agreement). Third-party costs (government fees, notary, apostille, translations, shipping, travel) are paid by the client unless explicitly included in writing.
Refunds and cancellations
Consultations are non-refundable once delivered. For ongoing services, any refund (if applicable) is generally limited to the unused prepaid portion minus completed work and reasonable administrative costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality and privacy
Materials you share are treated as confidential and used only to provide Services. Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for government decisions, changes in law, or third-party delays. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, and courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
